Golden Flower is an oolong tea from the mountains of the Fujian region of China. Lightly oxidized, this tea is perfect if you’re looking for a floral tasting oolong with multiple steeps. Notes of honeysuckle and a hint of creaminess.
To brew Golden Flower Oolong, add about 2 teaspoons of tea leaves into your infuser. Choose one with lots of space for the tea to unfurl. Add hot water at about 180°F-185°F and let brew for about 45 seconds. Each serving can be steeped 3-4 times with shorter brew times on resteeps.
