When will I receive my order?
Orders received on a weekday will be packaged and shipped by end of the next business day. We are a small team growing rapidly so we thank you for your patience! For orders placed on a weekend, they will be shipped the following Monday.
We offer free shipping on retail orders that do not require a adult signature. We primarily ship USPS Ground Advantage, which usually takes 5-6 business days depending on your location. If your order total is over $150 (pretax), we will automatically upgrade you to Priority Mail, which usually takes 2-3 business days. Orders with vape products will require adult signature upon delivery, and will cost $8.50 for Ground Advantage and $15 for Priority Mail.
For wholesale orders, please allow an additional 2-4 business days for processing. We do offer the two tiers of Ground Advantage and Priority Mail at $8.50 and $15 respectively.
You should receive an email notification when your order is completed (packaged and shipped) and a tracking number 24 hours after that. If you haven’t received a tracking number by the end of the processing times, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide one for you!
Where does Hemp and Tea Company ship to?
We ship our non-hemp products to the United States. With our hemp products, the laws vary wildly from state to state. Many states have decided to restrict Delta 8, and so we are unable to ship D8 to those states. You are responsibly for knowing your local laws and the legality of hemp products in your area. If we discover an order has come from an illegal state, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.
If you would like to pick up your order inside of one of our stores, select Local Pickup at checkout. Please indicate which store you would like to pick up the order at in the Order Notes section of the ‘shipping address’ (it will still come through as local pickup). If a location is not selected in the order notes, we will fulfill the order at our Huntersville NC location on Old Statesville Rd. The person who placed the order must be the person picking up the order, unless you provide us notice ahead of time. You can do this by adding their name in the notes section or calling the store after placing your order and letting the sales associate know who will be picking the order up.
