Directions: For your first night using this tincture, start out by putting 0.5mL (half of a dropper) under the tongue. We recommend holding for 30-60 seconds for maximum absorption. Effects can take anywhere from 15 to 60 minutes to kick in, depending on the individual. If half a dropper wasn’t enough, adjust accordingly. 60mL total.
