Silver Needle is one of the most sough after white teas. Highest in alkalinity, Silver Needle will last for several steeps before getting bitter.. High in antioxidants. This tea is delicate and floral, with a light but complex flavor. Great for mixing with an herbal tea.
To brew, add 5-6 grams to your infusion method of choice. Add hot water (170°-180°F) and steep for 45 seconds to 1 minute. Can be steeped up to 10 times.
