Milk Oolong is a beloved Taiwanese oolong tea with an incredibly creamy, buttery flavor, without actually having anything added. The creaminess comes from the way the tea is grown and harvested. Great for multiple steeps to drink throughout the day.
To brew, add 5-6 grams to your infusion method of choice. Add hot water (180°-190°F) and start with a prerinse. Steep for about 45 seconds on your first actual steep, with 3-4 shorter resteeps.
