Description
Butterfly Pea flower is a vibrant blue plant native to Asia. Its color comes from an antioxidant called anthocyanin that may help reduce inflammation*. When brewed, the beautiful blue hue will change color after adding something acidic such as lemon juice!
Brew 3-4 grams for about 10 minutes to get the full flavor. Can be steeped by itself or mixed into an herbal blend.
