40 Winks is a beautiful blend of herbs that support more healthy and restful sleep. The valerian root and chamomile flowers contain active compounds that work to calm down the nervous system. Lavender spearmint, passionflower, and more work to round out the flavors and benefits.
Brew 5-6 grams for 1-3 minutes. Each serving can be steeped 4-5 times with shorter brew times on resteeps.
