Turmeric Spice combines the spice of turmeric and cinnamon with the bite of ginger. The main active ingredient in turmeric is curcumin, a strong antioxidant with anti-inflammatory effects.
To brew, add 5-6 grams to your infusion method of choice. Add hot water and steep 3-5 minutes, or longer for a stronger tea. Each serving can be steeped 3-4 times with shorter brew times on resteeps.
