Shipping policy
When will I receive my order?
Orders received on Mon-Wed will be packaged and shipped by end of the next business day. We are a small team growing rapidly so we thank you for your patience! Our warehouse does not ship out on Fridays, so for orders placed late Thursday-Sunday, they will be shipped the following Monday.
We ship all packages through UPS Ground. Shipping times depend on location, but usually range between 2 and 5 business days from processing. Orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping. If you are interested in upgrading to overnight, please email us at info@hempandteacompany.com before placing your order.
You should receive an email notification when your order is completed (packaged and shipped) and a tracking number 24 hours after that. If you haven’t received a tracking number by the end of the processing times, please reach out to us at info@hempandteacompany.com and we will provide one for you!
Where does Hemp and Tea Company ship to?
We ship our non-hemp products to the United States. With our hemp products, the laws vary wildly from state to state. Many states have decided to restrict Delta 8, Delta 9, or THCA, and so we are unable to ship those products to those states. You are responsible for knowing your local laws and the legality of hemp products in your area. If we discover an order has come from an illegal state, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.
Pickup
If you would like to pick up your order inside of one of our stores, please select the option that corresponds to the location you would like to pick up your order at. Most orders are ready within 2-3 hours but may take longer depending on inventory needs. You should receive an email once your order is ready for pick up. If your order contains 21+ items, please bring identification for age verification.
