Description
Oatstraw is the top part of the stem of the oat plant, which contains a plethora of vitamins and minerals. The tea brewed from this part of the plant can be soothing and relaxing as it has traditionally been used for aiding the nervous system. The flavor is mild and blends well with most herbs.
