      Sangria is a deliciously sweet herbal blend that is sure to excite your taste buds. Tart dried cranberries are mixed with hibiscus, orange peel, and apple for a fruit forward heart warming blend. This fruity tea can be enjoyed on its own or added to your favorite tea for a burst of fruity flavor. 

      The great thing about tea is it can still be beneficial for your health while being delicious. While this tea is a sweeter option than some of our others, the fruits used are still bursting with nutrients. Drinking our Sangria tea is an easy way to get a ton of antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins for general health and wellbeing. 

      Hibiscus, a tart flower originating in Asia, has a high level of antioxidants and minerals such as beta-carotene, vitamin C, and anthocyanin. These antioxidants are known to destroy harmful free radicals in your body alongside your natural antioxidants. Free radicals can cause a variety of diseases in the body and consuming tea with antioxidants may help with preventing these diseases. Hibiscus has been studied in clinical trials and has been shown to have benefit for blood pressure. It has also been shown to have benefits in other areas such as cholesterol and liver health

      Cranberries, apples, and orange peel are also high in many vitamins and antioxidants. Cranberry tea is used by many to maintain healthy gums and oral health by reducing sugars in the mouth. 

      Brewing Instructions

      To brew Sangria, add 5-6 grams of tea to your favorite infusion method (we recommend a vessel with space for the tea leaves to expand, such as our 12oz Tea Pot). Add hot water, temperature is up to personal preference. Brew for about 1 to 3 minutes, or to taste. Longer brew times will result in a stronger cup of tea. Each serving can be steeped 3-4 times with shorter brew times on resteeps.
