WHAT IS THCa? 

THCa flower is a legally produced type of hemp flower, produced under regulations stated in the 2018 Farm Bill. This flower is fully legal, as it is not considered to be psychoactive in its natural state. However, once this flower is decarboxylated (heated/burned), this flower will produce the very same THC molecules found in cannabis that you would find in any “fully legalized” state. This flower comes directly from the plant, meaning that our flower contains no distillate, or sprays on the outside of the bud itself, like what is seen in Delta 8, or Delta 10 flower. Our growers utilize indoor hydroponic systems to produce the most consistent high from bud to bud that you can find! 

HOW TO CONSUME 

When consuming our Hi Octane Guava THCa flower, you must first grind the flower (we have a number of high quality options available if you are in need of a grinder), then either roll yourself a blunt, fill a bowl in a pipe/bong, or pack into your dry herb vaporizer of choice. Then heat, and enjoy! Is THCA legal?

Yes, THCA is federally legal thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill. However, many states have made the decision to disallow the sale of THCA. Hemp and Tea Company retains the right to not sell or ship to places where local laws conflict with the 2018 Farm Bill.
